【摘要】 目的 :探讨中国成人前臂长粗及腹壁可供皮瓣的大小差异。方法 :在全国分五片进行调查 ,主要测量健康成人前臂长粗及上、下腹壁长宽。结果 :不论男、女 ,随着年龄的增长、体质由瘦到胖的变化 ,前臂长度几无变化 ,但上、下腹壁宽度却越来越宽 ;不论体质胖瘦 ,上、下腹壁长度均明显小于前臂最大围径。各民族间略有差异。结论 :女性较男性、中老年较青少年、胖者较瘦者适宜用腹部大型皮瓣修复前臂及手的皮肤毁损伤更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relation between the areas of abdominal flaps available and the length and circumference of forearms in adults in China,and provide rational data about large flaps for clinic.Methods:The survey was performed in five districts in the whole nation,the length and circumference of forearms,the length and width of superior and inferior abdominal wall of healthy adults was measured mainly.Result:No matter what sex,there is almost no change in the length of forearms following with the increasing of age and body weight,but the epigastric and hypogastric width become greater.No matter what body configuration,obese or thin,the length of epigastric and hypogastric flaps was much less than the maximum circumference of forearms,and there is a slight difference in various ethnics.Conclusion:The large abdominal flaps were more fit in obese,middle and old age,females than thin,juvenil,males in the reconstruction of the forearms and hands smashed wound.更多还原
