【摘要】 目的 :探讨经椎管椎体植骨在胸腰椎骨折中的运用价值。方法 :用AF系统固定及经椎管椎体植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折 2 3例 ,并进行随访分析。结果 :骨折的椎体平均高度 (% ) :术前 6 0 .83± 15 .5 0 ,术后 95 .96± 11.16。 6个月随访 94.80± 12 .30 (P <0 .0 1、P >0 .0 5 ) ,内固定物无发生断钉松动等。结论 :为建立脊柱的稳定 ,对椎体明显爆裂压缩的患者在手术复位内固定的同时行椎体植骨是必要的 ,经椎管椎体植骨 ,是一种较为方便可靠的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the value of the utilization of vertebral body graft via spinal canal for the thoraolumbar burst fracture. Methods: 23 cases of thoraolumbar burst fracture with AF fixation and veterbral body graft via spinal canal were analyzed. Result: The avergage height of fractured veterbral body(%):preoperation 60.83±15.50,post operaton 95.96± 11.16 。6 months after operation 94.80±12.30( P<0.01、P>0.05) . The pedical screws had not bent or broken. Conclusions: For supporting spinal stability, it is necessary for serious burst and compressed vertebral bodies to be grafted when reduction and internal fixation.更多还原
