【摘要】 目的 :介绍经后路椎管内显微内窥镜椎间盘切除手术系统 (MED)治疗钙化型腰椎间盘突出症。方法 :1999年 6月～ 8月用MED治疗钙化型腰椎间盘突出症 2 1例。详细介绍了手术过程、操作技巧及手术适应证。结果 :全部患者术后无并发症。平均随访 16.1个月 ,按Nakal疗效评定分级属优 14例、良 4例、可 3例 ,优良率为 85 .7%。结论 :严格掌握适应证、娴熟操作技巧是钙化型腰椎间盘突出症行MED治疗成功的关键更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To describe the treatment procedures and results of protrusion of the calcified lumbar intervertebral disc by Micro Endoscopic Discectomy System(MED)with posterior vertebral route approach.Methods:From June 1999 to August 1999,21 cases of protrusion of the calcified lumbar intervertebral disc were treated by MED.There were 13 males and 8 females.The average age was 40.4 years.7 cases sustained L 4～L 5 lesion and 14 cases L 5～S 1 lesion.Indication,operative procedures and skill were given a minute description.Results:All patients were no postoperative complication,with an average of 16.1 months follow up,the rate of excellent and good was 85.7% according to Nakal evalution standard.Conclusion:MED procedures have the advantages of less injury,less bleeding and rapider rehabilitation.Strictly selected indication,experienced operative skill of MED are the key to successful and effctive rate of treatment.更多还原
