【摘要】 目的 :探讨不同年龄组先天性马蹄内翻足手术方法和疗效。方法 :采用多种术式治疗先天性马蹄内翻足35 2例 (389足 )。结果 :30 2例 (32 6足 )经 2～ 8年随访 ,总优良率 95 .40 %。结论 :先天性马蹄内翻足的外科治疗 ,应根据其年龄大小、足畸形程序特点 ,综合选择术式即挛缩软组织松解、建立动态平衡、骨性手术可取得满意效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the operative methods and curative effect of congenital club foot in different age group. Methods: 352 patients (389 feet) at age from 5 months to 25 years with congenital club foot were operated on by various operative methods. Results: 302patients (326 feet) were followed up for 2～8 years, and the excellent and good rates for the treatment accounted for 95.40%. Conclusion: Operative treatment of congenital club foot should choose different operative methods according to different age and degree of deformity, viz relax contracture of soft tissue, restore muscle dynamic balance and osteal operation, and it can gain satisfactory curative effect.更多还原
