【摘要】 目的 :探讨髂部肿瘤切除自体髂骨翻转植骨重建钢板重建骨盆环的临床疗效。方法 :回顾分析 12例髂骨肿瘤应用此法治疗效果 ,其中男 8例 ,女 4例 ,骨盆肿瘤Enneking分区全部为 1区肿瘤 ,骨巨细胞瘤 5例 ,动脉瘤样骨囊肿 2例 ,软骨肉瘤 2例 ,骨转移瘤 2例 ,骨肉瘤 1例。肿瘤全部行瘤段切除。结果 :本组 12例病人全部进行随访 ,随访时间 6月～ 3年 ,平均 12个月。植骨全部愈合 ,平均骨愈合时间 3月。 1例骨肉瘤患者术后 8月局部复发 ,术后 1年死于肺转移。全部病例均可负重行走 ,髋关节功能正常。结论 :肿瘤切除自体髂骨翻转植骨 +重建钢板重建骨盆环是一种较好的治疗髂骨肿瘤的保肢方法 ,但对于 2B期髂骨肿瘤应慎用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To report the results of iliac tumor resection and pelvic reconstruction with reconstructive plate.Method:A retrospective analysis of 12 cases of iliac tumor resection and pelvic reconstruction with reconstructive plate was conducted.8 of 12 cases were male,others were female.All of 12 cases were iliac tumor(Enneking 1).5 of 12 cases were GCT,2 ABC,2 chondrosarcoma,2 metastastic tumor,1 osteosarcoma.Result:Following up period ranged from 6～36 months(average 12),12 cases had radical segmental bone resection and a bone union after pelvic reconstruction.1 local relapsed,and died in 1 year.Survival cases had a significant function of pelvis and hip joint. Conclusion:Iliac tumor resection and pelvic reconstruction with reconstructive plate was a good treatment in pelvic tumor except 2B malignent tumor.更多还原
