【摘要】 考察了茶多酚对家兔 C- BSA肾炎的治疗作用 .结果表明 :茶多酚大 (30 6mg/ kg)、中 (10 2 mg/kg)、小 (34 mg/ kg)剂量组及地塞米松阳性对照组均能明显降低 C- BSA肾炎模型兔的尿蛋白和血清肌酐 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) ;减轻肾小球肿胀、细胞增生、血栓形成及白细胞浸润 ,修复肾小球病理改变 ;降低血清循环免疫复合物 (P<0 .0 5 ) .茶多酚大剂量的作用优于阳性对照药地塞米松 (0 .1mg/ kg,P<0 .0 5 ) ,并且大、小剂量间差异显著 ,有明显的剂量相关性 .结果提示 :茶多酚对家兔 C- BSA肾炎模型具有明显的疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Tea polyphenols was investigated to alleviate the symptom of C BSA Nephrites rabbits in dose dependent manner(large dose 306 mg/kg; middle dose 102 mg/kg; small dose 34 mg/kg) It reduced the urine protein and serum inosine ( P <0 05 or P <0 01); alleviated the glomerulus swelling,cells proliferation,thrombosis and leukocyte infiltration; repaired the pathological changes of renal tubule; decreased the circling immunity complex (CIC, P <0 05) The effect of large dose tea polyphenols was significantly different from small dose tea polyphenols,and was better than that of DSMS So large dose tea polyphenols may be useful for therapy of nephritis更多还原
