【摘要】 对抗倒伏油菜品系 (S5 8、S5 9)与不抗倒伏油菜品系 (双 8)的苗期和苔期基部茎段采用滑走切片法切出 4 0 μm厚的薄片 ,用番红 -固绿双重染色 ,借助目镜测微尺观察不同品系油菜茎的表皮、皮层、维管束和髓的结构 ,并对主茎的结构与倒伏的关系作了初步的研究 .结果表明 :表皮、皮层细胞的厚薄以及维管束排列疏密与油菜的倒伏有较密切的关系更多还原

【Abstract】 Using sliding microtome and safranine fast green double stain to study the basal stem anatomy of Brassica oil (resistant to lodging of S58?S59,not resistant to lodging of Shuang 8).We emphatically analysed the thickness of epidermis?cortex ?pith and the density of vacular boundle of 40× field of vision.The results showed that there were closely related of the cortex thickness and vascular boundle density to lodging.更多还原
