PP333脉冲处理黄瓜去顶苗对成花和POD同工酶及可溶性蛋白谱的影响

【摘要】 研究了 PP3 3 3 脉冲处理黄瓜去顶苗对成花的影响 ,分析了经过这种脉冲处理 2 4 h后过氧化物酶同工酶和可溶性蛋白凝胶电泳谱的变化 .结果表明 :1幼苗去顶后第 2、3、8d进行 PP3 3 3 脉冲处理 ,花芽分化率分别为对照的 3.5倍、3倍和 4倍 .2与对照相比 PP3 3 3 脉冲处理去顶苗对过氧化物酶同工酶的影响主要表现为酶活性上的差异 ;而在可溶性蛋白组分上却有明显不同 ,PP3 3 3 处理第 3d去顶苗在碱性区出现新带 (Rf0 .0 32 )

【Abstract】 The effect of the pulse treatment with PP 333 on the floral formation of cucumber decapitated seedlings was studied, and the changes of the electrophoresis pattern of POD isozymes and soluble proteins 24 hrs after the pulse treatment were analyzed. The results were shown as below: The optimized stages of pulse treatment with PP 333 were the 2 nd, 3 rd and 8 th days after the decapitation was taken, and the percentages of floral buds were 3.5, 3 and 4 folds of the control respectively. There existed different activities of POD isozymes between the PP 333 pulse treatment and the control of the decapitated seedlings, but it was obviously different in the soluble proteins. We could find a new basic band (Rf0.032) with PP 333 treatment taken on the 3rd day after the decapitation was taken.
