【Abstract】 In this report, we recall that course of clinical diagnosis and treatment has been given to 84 patients who had Herpes Simplex Encephalitis (HSE). There are 35 patients in first ten years and 49 patients in the follow ten years. Mortality rate is obvious difference. It is 68% in first ten years and 31% in the follow ten years. We find, it is the key to reduce death rate that clinical doctor thoroughly realizes this disease and early uses Acyclovir treatment.更多还原
