1016名学生PTC尝味能力基因频率的调查
Investigation of the PTC Taste Sensitivity Gene Frenquency in 1016 Students
【摘要】 目的:了解味盲基因频率和基因型频率在不同群体中的分布,从而为人种学及人类群体遗传学提供基本数据,并用于研究某些疾病。方法:本文是运用阈值法研究满、汉、回三民族人的尝味能力,并计算了味盲者和尝味者的基因频率。结果:三民族味盲基因频率分别为:满族:0.4588.汉族:0.2845 回族:0.4431。结论:满、汉、回三民族人对PTC尝味能力在统计学上存在显著差异,不同的民族有不同的基因库。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the distribution of taste- blindness gene frequency and genotype frequency in different population and provide the basic data for ethnology and human genetics. Method: The taste sensitivity of Man. Han . Hui nationalities were detected using threshold method and the gene frenquency of the taste -blindness and the taste Sensitivity was calculated.Results: Gene frequencies in different nationality were : Man: 0. 4588;Han: 0.2845 and Hui: 0.4431.Conclusion:There are differences in the thaste sensitivity among Man, Han, Hui nationalities. It seems that there are different gene pool for different nationalities.
