【摘要】 目的:探讨腰池放液治疗蛛网膜下腔出血的疗效。方法:将蛛网膜下腔出血患者随机分为两组,分别采用腰大池穿刺放液配合小剂量甘露醇降颅压方法(简称腰穿组)和大剂量甘露醇降颅压方法(简称对照组)治疗,观察颅内压变化及病程。结果:腰穿组降颅压效果显著优于对照组;病程也较对照组明显缩短。结论:腰池穿刺放液配合小剂量甘露醇降颅压方法治疗蛛网膜下腔出血疗效显著,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinical effect of drainage via lumbar cistern in subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods: 65 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage were randomly divided into the drainage group or the control group. In order to reduce intracranial tension, the patients in the drainage group were treated by drainage via lumbar cistern plus low dose mannitol and those in the control group by high dose mannitol. Then the changes of intracranial tension and period of treatment was observed carefully. Results: In the drainage group, the effect of reducing intracranial tension was better and the period of treatment was shorter than that in the control group. Conclusion: It appears that drainage via lumbar cistern plus low dose mannitol is ideal method for treating subarachnoid hemorrhage.更多还原
