【摘要】 目的　探讨冠心病 (CHD)患者血清肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF -α)水平变化及与胰岛素抵抗 (IR)的关系。方法　采用氧化酶法、放免法和酶联免疫法分别测定 35例CHD患者 (A组 )、2 5例正常健康人 (B组 )的空腹血糖 (FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)及血清TNF -α值 ,并计算胰岛素敏感指数 (ISI)。结果　A组FINS、TNF -α水平较B组显著增高 ,而ISI较B组显著降低。相关分析发现 ,TNF -α与ISI呈显著负相关 ,而与FINS呈显著正相关。结论　CHD患者TNF -α水平增高 ,且与胰岛素抵抗并存 ,可能参与CHD的发生和发展更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)with coronary heart disease(CHD) and the relationship between TNF-α and insulin resistance(IR).Methods 35 CHD patients(groupA);25 health without CHD (groupB) were selected to compare fasting blood-glucose(FBG),fasting blood-insulin(FINS)and serum TNF-α by oxidase method,RIA and ELISA,insulin sensitivity index(ISI)was also calculated.Results Analysis of variance revealed that FINS,TNF-α were significantly higher while ISI lower in group A than those in group B.Correlation analysis showed that TNF-α was negatively correlated to ISI,and positively associated TNF-α and FINS.Conclusion The study indicates that significantly high level of TNF-α and IR play an important role in the development of CHD.
