【Abstract】 A fundamental way to harness secretary corruption is to realize secretary professionalism. Secretary professionalism is a system, inside which secretary power corruption is avoided due to an effective well operated mechanism formed by standard operations of working procedure and secretary power which in together contribute to scientific management through relevant policies. Outside the system the efficient operation of secretary professionalism can be guaranteed primarily by harmonizing with the large social system to set up a compatible social conformity mechanism and a favorable social environment.更多还原
