【Abstract】 In pace with the progressing of economy and society,the conno-tation of the development of local colleges and universities is enriched day by day. Theauthor of this article indicates that nowadays the developments of local colleges and universities include not only the improvement of quantity and quality of collegesand universities but also the structure optimization,adaptability improvementand the increment of benefit of running schools.
