原子吸收法测定甘薯中的微量铜镁
Determination of micro copper and magnesium in sweet potato by flame atomic absorption spectrometry
【摘要】 研究了用原子吸收分光光度法测定甘薯中的微量铜镁的方法 ,采用高温灰化法对样品进行处理 ,并对不同品种和不同种植地区的甘薯 40多种进行了实样测定和含量差异进行比较。测定回收率Cu 91 .3%~ 1 0 2 .7% ;Mg 92 .2 %~ 1 0 5.7%之间 ,相对标准偏差RSD分别为 3.8%、6 .6 %。取得了满意的结果。
【Abstract】 It’s studied that the determination of micro copper and magnesium in sweet potato by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The samples are pretreated by means of high temperature ashing, and more than 40 samples are tested which are different breeds and from different places. The method recoveries of determining Cu and Mg are 91.3%~102.7% and 92.2%~105.7%, and the RSDs are 3.8% and 6.6% respectively. The results are satisfactory.
