【摘要】 目的　评价江西省 1992～ 1998年血吸虫病健康教育的效果。　方法　采用定量和定性两种方法对全省血吸虫病健康教育的效果进行评价。　结果　全省血吸虫病健康教育按计划顺利实施 ,并步入科学化和规范化的轨道。对不同目标人群分别采用针对性的干预模式和措施后 ,目标人群血防知识水平显著提高 ,绝大多数成年妇女克服了用疫水洗衣的错误血防价值观 ,学生和成年妇女疫水接触率和血吸虫感染率大幅度下降 ,包括成年男性在内的目标人群化疗依从性明显上升。　结论　以健康教育为主 ,结合人群化疗的防治新策略能够有效地控制居民血吸虫新感染和再感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the process and effectiveness of health education for schistosomiasis control in Jiangxi Province from 1992 to 1998. Methods Qualitative and quantitative analysis methods were used in the outcome evaluation. Results The work was performing smoothly according to schemes, and was scientific and standard. After performing aimed health education in school-children, adult women and men, the proportion of inhabitants with qualification knowledge for schistosomiasis control increased significantly, the most of adult woman corrected the wrong anti-schistosomiasis value concept of washing clothes in infected water, the rate of infected water exposure and occurrences of new infection and reinfection were reduced remarkably among pupils and adult women, the obedience of chemotherapy increased significantly among all targeted population. Conclusion The strategy of health education combined with population chemotherapy can effectively control schistosome infection among population in endemic areas.更多还原
