AFLP在水稻类群划分研究中的应用

【摘要】 利用 AFL P分子标记技术研究了 2 2个水稻品种的遗传多样性 ,从 49对 AFL P引物中筛选出了 4对多态性高 ,分辨能力强的引物 ,4个 AFL P引物组合分别扩增出 43、37、49、33条多态性带 ,平均每个引物组合扩出 40 .5条多态性带 ,4个引物组合共扩增出 2 46条带。利用 AFL P数据进行聚类分析 ,将 2 2个品种聚为 8群 ,结果表明 ,AFL P在水稻类群划分的应用是可行的

【Abstract】 AFLP marker technique waw used to study the diversity of 22 rice species. Four pairs of primers with high polymorphism and powerful distinctiveness were selected from 49 pairs of primer. Four AFLP primer combinations revealed 43,37,49 adn 33 AFLP polymorph bands, with an average of 40.5 bands produced per primer pair. Using 4 primer combinations could produce 246-AFLP bands. The cluster analysis based on AFLP dada showed that 22 rice species could be divided into 8 groups accorded with pedigree. The current Study indicated that it is practical to group rice species with AFLPs.
