【摘要】 目的 了解Ｂｒｕｇａｄａ综合征和特发性Ｊ波的临床和心电图特点及其异同点。方法 对收集的１０例Ｂｒｕｇａｄａ综合征和８例特发性Ｊ波患者临床和心电图资料进行对比并结合文献分析。结果两病有相似的临床和心电图表现，但心电图表现仍有一定区别，Ｂｒｕｇａｄａ综合征 Ｒ’波大于 Ｒ波，多见于 Ｖ１－Ｖ３导联，伴ＳＴ段持续抬高，Ｔ波倒置，图形较恒定；特发性Ｊ波中Ｊ波小于 Ｒ波，在Ⅱ、Ⅲ、ａＶＦ和Ｖ４－Ｖ６导联多见，无Ｔ波倒置，Ｊ波可因药物、运动等原因在短时间内明显改变。结论Ｂｒｕｇａｄａ综合征和特发性Ｊ波临床表现相似，可能有相同的发病机制，只是影响的部位不同，其区别主要在心电图表现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objeclive The aim of this study is to investigate the clinical and electrocardiographic character- istics of Brugada syndrome and idiopathic J wave, so to compare the similarities and differences between the two enti- ties. Methods Ten patients with Brugada syndrome and eight patients with idiopathic J wave were studied. Results All of the patients have similar clinical and electrocardiographic manifestation, but there were still some differences in pattern: The R’wave was larger than R wave, SF segment elevation and T wave inversion manifested mostly in V1- V3 leads in patients with Brugada syndrome, the pattern was comparatively constant;J wave was smaller than R wave in patients with idiopathic J wave, this appeared mostly in V4 -V6 leads without T wave invasion. J wave could be changed obviously acutely by drug or at exercise. Conclusion Patients with Brugada syndrome and idiopathic I wave have similar manifestation, and the pathogenesis may be even same, but the influencing generate region is distinct. The major difference is in the electrocardiographic manifestation.更多还原
