【摘要】 目的 探讨应用不同手术方式的同种异体原位心脏移植术后患者的心电图改变特点。方法 对６例心脏移植的患者术前、术后分别进行１５个月～９年体表１２导联心电图跟踪观察。主要观察ＰＲ间期、ＱＴ间期、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ｖ６导联ＱＲＳ波电压总和（∑ ＱＲＳ）的变化。结果 发现应用标准式心脏移植术后患者出现双窦性心律；应用全心脏移植术式和双腔静脉原位心脏移植术后患者则出现单一窦性心律。结论 不同的手术方式实施心脏移植对患者术后心脏功能恢复、血流动力学的改善及预后起着关键性的作用。心电图可作为心脏移植术后疗效和急性排斥反应判定的客观指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristics of electrocardiographic changes of post allogeneic heart transplantation by various surgical procedures. Methods The electrocardiograms in 6 patients recorded at preoperative and 15 months- 9 years follow-up period. Changes of PR interval, QT interval、∑ QRS in Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、V6 leads were oberved. Results The patients underwent standard heart transplantation show bisinus rhythm, whereas those underwent total heart transplantation and two chamber veins orthotopic heast transplantation show single sinus rhythm. Conclusion Various surgical procedures of heart transplantation play a critical role in the heart function, hemodynamic improvement and prognosis. Electrocardiograms is an useful criterium for the recognition of heast func- tion and prognosis after heart transplantation.更多还原
