IL-4、IL-10与支气管哮喘的相关性研究

【摘要】 为了观察支气管哮喘患者外周血白细胞介素 4 (IL 4 )、IL 10和总IgE的变化与支气管哮喘的关系 ,采用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)检测了支气管哮喘患者发作期 30例、缓解期 2 0例以及2 0例健康对照者外周血IL 4、IL 10水平和总IgE水平。结果显示 :急性发作期支气管哮喘患者的IL 4和IgE水平分别为 4 90 .4± 112 .5 (ng L)、395 .1± 10 7.8(IU ml) ,较正常对照组 183.6± 5 8.2 (ng L)、92 .5± 2 6 .3(IU ml)明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,而IL 10 (8.4± 2 .6ng L)较对照组 (2 2 .7± 14 .3ng L)显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。支气管哮喘缓解期患者IL 4、总IgE较发作期显著下降 ,IL 10回升 ,但与正常对照组相比仍有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结果提示 :支气管哮喘患者IL 4水平升高与IgE含量的变化呈正相关关系 (r=0 .86 ) ,而IL 10水平与IgE含量的变化呈负相关。故IL 4和IgE水平的升高以及IL 10水平的下降与支气管哮喘发作密切相关

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the relationship between the levels of IL 4,IL 10,IgE and brachial asthma, we determined peripheral plasma IL 4,IL 10 and IgE in 30 asthma attacking patients,20 remission patients and 20 healthy controls by ELISA. Results showed the levels of IL 4 and IgE in the asthma attacking patients were 490.4±112.5(ng/L) and 359.1±107.8(IU/ml),respectively, significantly higher than those of normal controls (183.6±58.2ng/L,92.5±26.3IU/ml)( P <0.01). The level of IL 10 was 8.4±2.6ng/L in asthma attacking patients, which was significantly lower than that of the normal control(22.7±14.3ng/L)( P <0.01).IL 4 and IgE in remission patients were lower than those of asthma attacking patients, and IL 10 was higher, but they all had significant difference from the levels of control group ( P <0.05).It is suggested that IL 4 has positive correlation with IgE( r =0.86), and IL 10 has negative correlation with IgE. The increase of IL 4, IgE and the decrease of IL 10 have significant correlation with attacks of asthma.
