屋尘螨的人工饲养与临床测试的研究

【摘要】 目的 屋尘螨是国际公认的最强的致敏原 ,国外已有丹麦、美国等发达国家饲养成功 ,产品已经商品化 ,我国尚无屋尘螨饲养成功的报道 ,因而从 1990年起我科试行人工饲养 ,于 1996年底获得初步成功 ,收集到小批量的纯屋尘螨。方法 摸索屋尘螨在人工饲养下的生态条件及能使屋尘螨繁殖生长的饲料配方 ,将人工饲养的屋尘螨经专家鉴定确定为屋尘螨后 ,收集制成干粉 ,浸泡制成纯屋尘螨抗原浸液供临床测试。结果 用人工饲养的屋尘螨抗原 ,在变态反应的门诊病人中与粉尘螨浸液同时作皮内试验 ,共检测 110 3名各类变态反应疾病的病人 ,结果屋尘螨的皮试总阳性率为 6 4 .4 6 % ,粉尘螨的总阳性率为 5 8.2 9% ,P <0 .0 0 5。检测病人血清中特异性IgE ,屋尘螨的总强度亦比粉尘螨高。结论 屋尘螨在我国已人工饲养成功 ,这对提高我国的变态反应疾病的诊疗水平有重要的意义 ,经我们的测试屋尘螨抗原是目前已知的抗原中致敏性最强的致敏原

【Abstract】 Objective It is well known that the Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus (D.P) is the most powerful allergen in the world. D.P has been reared successfully in some developed countries, such as Denmark and America, and its extract product has become commercially available. However, there was no publication on the rearing of D.P in China. We have tried to rear D.P since 1990, and a certain amount of pure samples of D.P was collected successfully in the laboratory since the end of 1996. Methods We study the living condition of D.P and find out its feeding methods. The D.P we reared was identified by specialists. After collecting, treating and immersing, the extract was used in clinical test. Results 1103 allergic patients were tested by intracutaneous test with the extract of D.P and the extract of Dermatophagoidis farinae (D.F). The total positive rate of D.P is 64.46 %, and that of D.F is 58.29% ( P <0.005). Serum sIgE was measured by Pharmacia CAP. sIgE of D.P was higher than that of D.F in total intensity. Conclusion D.P was reared successfully in our laboratory. That is important to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases. The allergen of D.P is the strongest allergen known at present.
