【摘要】 目的　比较连接酶链反应 (LCR)与免疫层分析法 (ICA)检测沙眼衣原体的差异。方法临床送检标本 80份分别用两种方法进行检测。结果　ICA法检出阳性 5份 ,3份强阳性 ,2份弱阳性 ,此 5份LCR均为强阳性。另 5份LCR法阳性而ICA法阴性。临床症状支持LCR的阳性结果 ,表明ICA法存有假阴性 (5 10 )。两种方法检测沙眼衣原体的阳性率存在差异 (10 80与 5 80 )。结论　LCR法检测沙眼衣原体是目前较为理想的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the difference between ligase chain reaction(LCR) and immunochromatography assay(ICA) in detection of Chlamydia trachomatis. Methods To detect 80 clinical specimens by LCR and ICA. Results From 80 specimens, 5 were positive by ICA, which was also positive by LCR. Another 5 positive specimens by LCR were negative by ICA. These ten positive patients had significantly clinical symptom. Conclusion ICA had 5 false negative cases which were positive in LCR method. So there are significant differences in positive rates between LCR and ICA(10/80 with 5/80).LCR is a suitable method for dection of Chlamydia trachomatis.更多还原
