格林-巴利综合征与HLA-A、-B基因关联的研究
A study on HLA-A、-B genes associated with Guillain-Barre syndrom
【摘要】 目的 研究急性运动性轴索型神经病 (AMAN)的易感性与HLA A、 B等位基因分型的关系 ,探讨AMAN患者免疫遗传的特点。方法 用改良快速盐析法自研究对象静脉血中抽提基因组DNA ,采用聚合酶链反应 顺序特异性引物法 (PCR SSP)对 3 3例AMAN患者和 1 3 2例健康人进行HLA A、 B位点等位基因分型。结果 发现AMAN组HLA B1 5、 B3 5频率升高 ,RR(relativerisk)值分别为4 .0 9和 7.0 8。Pc分别为 0 .0 1 5和 0 .0 0 0 8。结论 HLA B1 5、 B3 5与AMAN的易感性可能有关联。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relations between susceptibility to AMAN and frequencies of HLA A? B alleles, and to identify the characteristics of the patients with AMAN in immunogenetics. Methods A case control research was done among 33 AMAN and 132 health individuals. DNA was extracted from peripheral blood leucocytes by improved fast salting out. HLA A? B alleles were typied by DNA based technology, PCR sequence specific primers(PCR SSP) method. Results HLA B15? B35 frenquencies showed a significant increase in patients with AMAN with relative risk(RR) of 4.09 and 7.08 respectively and corrected probability(Pc)as 0.015 and 0.0008 respectively. Conclusion HLA B15? B35 may be related to susceptibility to AMAN.
