【摘要】 目的　探讨膀胱破裂非手术治疗方法。　方法　分析 37例单纯性膀胱破裂采取单纯留置Foley尿管和抗炎解痉治疗 ,其中闭合性膀胱破裂 2 7例 ;开放性膀胱破裂 10例。所有患者留置Foley尿管 10～ 14d。　结果　 37例均获治愈 ,随访 2个月～ 18年 ,无并发症 ,排尿正常。　结论　对于单纯性膀胱破裂 ,非手术治疗方法简便易行 ,可以缩短疗程 ,达到早期治愈的目的更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nonoperative methods for the treatment of bladder rupture.[WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]37 patients with bladder rupture were treated with non operatively. 27 of them heed closing rupture, and 10 opening rupture. All the 37 patients used inserted Foleys catheter for 10 to 14 days,while antibiotics were applied. [WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ] All the patients were cured. Follow up ranged from 2 months to 18 years, all the patients had normal micturition. [WT5”HZ]Conclusion[WT5”BZ] Non operation is a simple and reliable way to treat bladder rupture.更多还原
