【摘要】 目的探讨羊水过多与新生儿体重的关系。方法对去除母体、胎儿、胎盘因素的羊水过多组新生儿体重与正常妊娠组新生儿体重进行回顾比较。结果羊水过多组的新生儿体重比正常妊娠组新生儿体重有明显增高(P<0.01) ,巨大儿百分率亦高于正常妊娠组(P<0.005)。结论羊水过多组新生儿体重明显高于正常妊娠组 ,特别是巨大儿比例增高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between hydramnions and neonatal weight. Methods Records of the neonatal weight of hydramnions groups(not caused by maternal?fetal and placental factors) and the neonatal weight of normal pregnancy group were compared respectively. Results The neonatal weight of hydramnions group and that of normal pregnancy group showed significant differences(P<0.01). Conclusion The normal pregnancy, and the ratio of fetal macrosomia in hydramnions group was higher than that in normal pregnancy group.更多还原
