【摘要】 目的探讨含微量激素的无环鸟苷眼药水(ACV)对重型病毒性结膜炎的疗效。方法用含0.0012%～0.0024 %地塞米松的无环鸟苷眼药水滴眼治疗113例重型病毒性结膜炎患者。结果流行性出血性结膜炎治愈率88.8% ,好转率11.2 % ;流行性角膜炎治愈率75 % ,好转率20.8%。结论含微量激素的无环鸟苷眼药水能明显提高重型病毒性结膜炎的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of Acyclovir with micro_dexamethsone on serious virulent conjunctivitis. Methods 113 cases of serious virulent conjunctivitis were treated with acyclovir eye drops with 0.0012%～0.0024% dexamethsones. Results The cure rate of epidemic hemorrhagic conjunctivitis is 88.8%, the improve rate is 11.2%; the cure rate of epidemic keratoconjunctivitis is 75%, the improve rate is 20.8%. Conclusion Acyclovir eye drops with micro_dexamethsone have a good effect in treating serious virulent conjunctivitis.更多还原
