腹腔内液体容量对腹膜转运功能的影响
Impact of repeated infusion of high fill volume on peritoneal transport
【摘要】 目的 探讨腹腔内液体容量对腹膜转运功能的影响。方法 将18只雄性SD大鼠随机分成对照组(Con组,n=6)、低容量组(LV组,n=6)和高容垦组(HV组,n=6)。对照组末予仔何处理 ; LV组和HV组腹腔内每次分别注射4.25%葡萄糖透析液25ml和40ml,每天1次,连续7d。停止注射48h后,LV组和HV组连同 Con组的大鼠一起行腹膜动力学试验,并取腹膜组织行病理检查(HE染色)。结果 与对照组相比,LV组和HV组大鼠的腹腔内液体重吸收率和淋巴重吸收率均明显增加,超滤墓明显减少,溶质转运增加;但LV组和HV组的腹腔内液体量、腹腔内液体重吸收率及溶质转运均无显著性差异,唯HV组的淋巴重吸收率[(0.015±0.001)ml/min]高于LV组(0.010±0003,P<0.05);LV组和HV组的腹膜组织均呈慢性透析改变。结论4.25%葡萄糖透析液腹腔内注射7d使腹膜的通透性增高,但增加透析液容量除增加淋巴重吸收率外,并不加重腹膜功能的损害。淋巴重吸收率的增加可能是腹膜对高透析容川的一种代偿反应。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the impact of chronic use of high dialysate fill volume on peritoneal transport. Methods Eighteen male SD rats were divided into three groups: control group(Con, n = 6), low fill volume group (LV, n = 6) and high fill volume group ( HV, n = 6) . Rats in the LV group and the HV group received daily intraperitoneal injection of 25 ml (LV, n= 6) or 40 ml (HV, n= 6) 4.25% glucose dialysis solution, once per day for one week. Rats in Con group did not receive any infusion. Forty-eight hours after the last injection, peritoneal equilibrium test was performed in all the rats. Results Although the intraperitoneal volume was significantly lower in the LV group and the HV group as compared to the Con group, there were no significant differences in the intraperitoneal volume between the LV group and the HV group. Both the peritoneal fluid absorption rate and the direct lymphatic absorption rate were significantly higher in the LV group and the HV group as compared to the Con group. Although there was no significant difference in the total peritoneal fluid absorption rate between the LV group and the HV group, the direct lymphatic absorption rate was significantly higher in the HV group [(0. 015 ± 0. 001) ml/min] as compared to the LV group [(0.010±0.003) ml/min, P < 0.051 . The solute transport rates were significantly higher in the LV group and the HV group as compared to the Con group whereas the difference between the LV group and the HV group was not significant. Conclusions Daily intraperitoneal infusion of 4. 25% glucose dialysis Solution for seven days results in significant increased peritoneal fluid and solute transport rates. An additional increase in dialysate infusion volume did not further alter the membrane transport properties except for an increase in peritoneal direct lymphatic absorption rate that may be due to the membrane adaptation to the high fill volume.
