【摘要】 目的　探讨交感神经切断后 ,痉挛肌肉内酶与肌纤维结构的改变。方法　将 2 0只wistar大白鼠作成痉挛性模型 ,分成两组 ,随机选择 1组行颈总动脉周交感神经网剥脱切除术 ,另 1组作为对照 ,于术后第 2 0天切取两组大鼠部分肱三头肌组织 ,采用 (Ellman)爱尔蒙法及AU 10 0 0检测仪测定肌组织内乙酰胆碱酯酶活性和肌酸激酶含量 ,在IBAS图像分析仪上观察两组肌组织内快收缩肌纤维与慢收缩肌纤维的改变情况。结果　交感神经切断后 ,乙酰胆碱酯酶活性和肌酸激酶含量明显下降 ,分别从 (3 .37± 1.0 1)U /g降至 (2 .15± 1.42 )U/g(P <0 .0 1) ;(3 5 82 .90±15 6 1.7)IU /L降至 (42 0 .10± 73 .5 5 )IU /L (P <0 .0 1) ,快肌纤维明显减少 ,从 (2 75 72 7.31±982 40 .2 3) μm2 降至 (96 5 5 4.35± 43 345 .35 ) μm2 (P <0 .0 1) ;慢肌纤维显著增加 ,由 (42 710 .78±2 885 8.37) μm2 增至 (2 70 76 4.0 2± 6 6 6 42 .46 ) μm2 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　交感神经切断后痉挛肌肉兴奋性下降更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the change of enzyme and twitch muscle fiber in spasmodic muscle after sympathectomy. Methods Spasmodic model was developed in 20 wistar rats. The rats were divided into 2 groups: one group received cervical perivalcular sympathectomy and the other group served as a control. The AchE and CK in musculsus triceps brachii of rats in the 2 groups were tested by using Ellman and AU 1000. The fast twitch muscle fibers and slow twitch muscle in musculsus triceps brachii were examined by using IBAS graph device at 20th day after sympathectomy. Results After sympathectomy, the AchE, CK and the fast muscle fibers were obviously decreased from (3.37±1.01) U/g to (2.15±1.42) U/g ( P <0.01), (3 582.90±1 561.7) IU/L to (420.10±73.55) IU/L ( P <0.01) and from (275 727.31±98 240.23) μm 2 to (96 554.35±43 345.35) μm 2 ( P <0.01), respectively, while the slow twitch muscle fibers significantly increased from (42 710.78±28 858.37) μm 2 to (270 764.02±66 642.46) μm 2 ( P <0.01). Conclusion The excitability of spasmodic muscle was decreased after sympathectomy. [更多还原
