【摘要】 目的　为研究小肠移植排斥反应提供良好的动物实验模型。方法　选用BALB/c小鼠进行同种异体异位节段性小肠移植。结果　在施行的 2 10次手术中 ,模型稳定后的 10 8次小肠移植的手术成功率为 74 .0 7%。结论　精细的显微外科手术技术是减少出血、防止血管吻合口并发症和提高手术成功率的保证 ;掌握麻醉的深浅度、合理的补液以及加强围手术期的管理也不容忽视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the surgical procedures for the development of small bowel transplantation (SBT) model in mice in order to study the rejection of SBT. Method Segmental heterotopic SBT was performed on male BALB/c mice. Result In the 210 cases receiving SBT, the successful rate of 108 cases undergoing SBT after the model stabilized was 74.07%. Conclusions Skillfully microsurgical procedures were the most important to avoid from hemorrhage during operation, protect the complications of angioanastomosis and increase the operative successful rate. And suitable anesthesia degree, adequate transfusion of crystal liquid and excellent perioperative care were also important.更多还原
