【Abstract】 A RP-HPLC method for the determination of scopolamine hydrobromide in compound carbamazepine tablets was established. A Hypersil C 6H 5 column was used, with the mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-0.01 mol/L KH 2PO 4 solution (18∶15∶67,adjusted pH to 3.2 with H 3PO 4), at the detection wavelength of 215 nm. The standard curve was linear in the range of 3～18 μg/ml (r=0.9996). The average recovery was 101.24% with RSD of 1.77%.更多还原
