【摘要】 建立了的确剂中马来酸溴苯那敏、盐酸去氧肾上腺素、盐酸苯丙醇胺含量的 HPL C测定法。采用 BDS C1 8(2 5 0× 4.6 mm )色谱柱 ,甲醇 - 0 .6 8%磷酸氢二钾缓冲液 (p H 4.9) (18∶ 82 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 14nm,流速为 1.2ml/ m in。三者线性范围分别为 0 .3～ 16、0 .4～ 2 0、0 .4～ 2 0μg/ ml,平均回收率分别为 99.90 %、10 0 .49%、99.94% ,RSD分别为 1.48%、1.2 8%、2 .6 2 %。方法简便、快速、结果准确更多还原

【Abstract】 A HPLC method for the determination of brompheniramine maleate, phenylephrine hydrochloride, phenylpropanolamine hydrochloride in D’tapp elixir was established, using Hypersil BDS C 18 (250×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with the mobile phase of methanol phosphate buffer (pH 4.9) (18∶82) and at the detection wavelength of 214 nm. The linear rangs were 0.3~16,0.4~20,0.4~20 μg/ml, respectively, and the average recoveries were 99.9% ( RSD =1.48%),100.49%( RSD =1.28%), 99.94%( RSD =2.62%), respectively.更多还原
