【Abstract】 Hydrophilic matrix material carbomer (Carbopol 971P NF) was used to prepare tetra methylpyrazine phosphate sustained release tablets by the direct compression way. The in vitro dissolution curves showed the drug release can be best described by zero order kinetic equation in 2~8 h, and the drug release behavior depended on the grade and content of carbomer and the pH value of the dissolution me dium.更多还原
