【摘要】 目的　通过术后引流量的观察 ,对负压引流在皮肤软组织扩张术中的应用作出评价。方法　对 48例行皮肤软组织扩张术的患者 ,用内径 2mm的多侧孔硅胶管置于皮肤软组织扩张器 (STE)下方 ,经切口高处或另戳孔引出 ,外口接负压引流器。结果　术后有数量不等的血性引流物排出。结论　对放置扩张容量在 10 0～ 2 0 0ml以上的皮肤软组织扩张器 ,常规留置负压引流管 ,具有创伤小、操作简单、术后易管理等优点 ,是防治术后出血及血肿形成的最简便而有效的措施 ,有减少扩张术早期常见并发症血肿及感染的功效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the quantity of drainage fluid after operation and to evaluate the application of negative pressure drainage in skin soft tissue expansion. Methods The silica gel tube of 2 mm inside diameter with multi holes on sides was set under the skin soft tissue expander in 48 patients, then drained from upper incision or another incised hole,and connected with negative pressure apparatus. Results After operation, the quantity of drainage was from less than 5 ml to no more than 50 ml, averaged 16 ml. Conclusion For an operation with expansion capability above 100～200 ml,setting the negative pressure drainage as a routine is a most simple and effective method to prevent and treat bleeding and hematoma formation.It can produce effects on reducing the early complications such as hematoma and infection.更多还原
