【摘要】 目的　探讨包皮环形皮瓣修复长段尿道狭窄的疗效。　方法　总结采用阴茎远端带Buck筋膜的环形皮瓣一期修复 7例长段前尿道狭窄患者的临床资料。　结果　 7例尿道狭窄长 6～10cm ,均一期手术成功。术后随访 14～ 5 8个月 ,平均 31个月 ,排尿通畅 ,无狭窄复发。　结论　包皮环形带蒂皮瓣修复长段尿道狭窄 ,手术操作简单 ,取材方便 ,是治疗长段尿道狭窄的一种理想术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate urethroplasty using circular fasciocutaneous prepuce flap for the treatment of extensive urethral stricture. Methods From 1993 to 1998,one stage urethroplasty using distal prepuce circular fasciocutaneous flap with Buck’s fascia was conducted for 7 cases of extensive anterior urethral stricture of 6～10 cm long. Results All the patients have been followed up for 14～58 months with good voiding.No postoperative urethral stricture has been observed. Conclusions One stage urethroplasty using circular fasciocutaneous prepuce flap is an ideal operative procedure for the treatment of extensive anterior urethral stricture.The technique is simple and convenient to carry out.更多还原
