【摘要】 目的　探讨短半衰期催眠药对失眠症患者夜间多导睡眠图 (PSG)和白天多次睡眠期测定 (MSLT)的影响。方法　将 2 2例非器质性失眠症患者随机分成佐匹克隆组 (15mg)和三唑仑组 (0 5mg) ,各 11例。对两组用药前后进行夜间PSG和白天MSLT检测和比较。结果　用药后夜间PSG显示睡眠效率提高、觉醒和S1睡眠减少、S2 睡眠增加、快速眼运动 (REM)睡眠抑制、K综合波减少 (P均 <0 0 1)、睡眠潜伏期缩短 (P <0 0 5 ) ,以及睡眠纺锤密度增加 [用药前 (13 6 4± 6 17)个 /min ,用药后(2 6 98± 11 88)个 /min ;P <0 0 1];白天MSLT平均睡眠潜伏期缩短 [用药前 (16 6 8± 5 10 )min ,用药后(13 0 8± 6 44 )min ,P <0 0 1]。两药对PSG的影响趋势基本一致。结论　佐匹克隆和三唑仑不仅可以改善患者对睡眠的主观评价 ,还可增加白天的困倦程度 ,但对夜间睡眠图的影响则有利有弊 ;睡眠纺锤的意义值得重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes of all night polysomnograms(PSG) and daytime Multiple Sleep Latency Test (MSLT)in the subjects who took one of the short half life hypnotic, zopiclone or triazolam. Methods 22 non organic insomniacs, who met the 10 th edition of International Classification of Diseases (ICD 10) criteria for insomnia, were divided into two groups randomly. Each group was given 15 mg zopiclone or 0 5 mg triazolam. All night PSG and daytime MSLT were recorded before and after the administration of drug. Results Both hypnotics had significant effects on the parameters of all night PSG, including higher sleep efficiency, decreased wakefulness and stage 1, increased stage 2 and sleep spindle density, decreased K complex density, inhibited REM sleep (all above P <0 01), and shorter sleep latency( P <0 05). The increase of sleep spindle density was most remarkable[(13 64±6 17)/min vs. (26 98±11 88)/min, P <0 01]. Mean daytime sleep latency[(16 68±5 10)min vs. (13 08±6 44)min, P <0 01] shortened in both groups. Changes of the two hypnotics on all night PSG and daytime MSLT were similar. Conclusions The results of this study suggest that not only night sleep, but also day alertness is changed significantly after medication of zopiclone or triazolam. Sleep spindle density may be one of the important parameters, and its significance is worth paying more attention.更多还原
