磁处理水对家兔实验性动脉粥样硬化的影响

【摘要】 目的 探讨磁处理水对家兔实验性动脉粥样硬化 (AS)的影响。方法 将新西兰雄性白兔随机分为 4组即对照组、模型组、预防组和治疗组。以高脂饲料复制家兔AS模型 ,分阶段给饮磁处理水 ,检测血中低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL -c)含量并观察主动脉内膜病理学改变 ;测量主动脉内膜脂斑脂纹、粥样灶面积及动脉内膜厚度。结果 预防组和治疗组血浆LDL -c比模型组明显降低 ( q =7.94 ,6.2 8,P <0 .0 1) ,主动脉内膜脂质沉积减少 (q =16.99,16.62 ,P <0 .0 1) ,粥样斑块形成面积减小 ( q =13 .0 6,14 .98,P <0 .0 1) ,内膜增生程度减轻 ( q =9.89,10 .3 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。 结论 提示磁处理水在家兔实验性AS的预防中起一定作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the prevention mechanism of magnetic field treated water for atherosclerosis(AS)in rabbits.Methods 36 New Zealand white rabbits were equally assigned to four groups: control group, AS group, prevention group and treatment group. The AS models of rabbits were copied feeding them with rich fat food.Then,gave them low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-c) test,and histopathological changes of aortic intima were observed.Results The levels of LDL-c of serum in prevention group and treatment group were significantly lower(P<0.01).At the same time,the area of fatty deposition and atheromatous plaque in the aortic intima as well as hyperplasia of aortic intimal were obviously reduced,compared with the AS group (P<0.01).Conclusion The result suggests that the magnetic field treated water plays an important role for prevention of AS in experimental rabbits.
