乙醛脱氢酶基因型对2-乙氧基乙醇代谢影响的研究
Effect of aldehyde dehydrogenase(ALDH2) genotypes on the 2-ethoxyethanol metabolism
【摘要】 目的 探讨乙醛脱氢酶 (ALDH2 )不同基因型代谢 2 乙氧基乙醇 (EE)的能力是否存在差异。方法 采用个体采样 ,毛细柱气相色谱分析技术及PCR检测方法 ,比较不同基因型个体累计接触EE剂量与 2 乙氧基乙酸 (EAA)浓度对数值回归直线的回归系数。结果 ALDH2 不同基因型个体累计接触EE剂量与EAA浓度对数值存在线性关系 ,A基因型回归系数大于B基因型。结论 ALDH2 A基因型代谢EE能力强于B基因型
【Abstract】 Objectives To explore whether different ALDH 2 genotypes of workers exposed to 2 ethoxyethanol(EE) have different activities for EE metabolism. Methods Personal monitoring,gas chromatographic determination and PCR methods were conducted in this study.Regression coefficients of EE exposure vs. 2 ethoxyaceticacid(EAA) were compared between genotype A and genotype B workers. Results Linear regression was found between cumulative dose of EE and logarithmic of EAA concentration.The regression coefficient of workers with ALDH 2 A was higher than that of those with ALDH 2 B. Conclusions Workers with ALDH 2 A genotype had higher activity for EE metabolism compared with workers with genotype B.
