云南宣威地区肺癌端粒酶RNA成分及Ki-67抗原的检测

【摘要】 目的 研究云南肺癌点状高发区———宣威地区组织学类型具有地方特征肺癌的发病机制。方法 以宣威地区 2 9例肺癌和非宣威地区 11例肺癌 ,应用免疫组化和原位分子杂交法分别检测Ki 6 7抗原和人端粒酶RNA成分 (hTR)。结果 宣威地区肺癌组Ki 6 7标记率为 34.4%± 17.8% ,明显高于非宣威地区肺癌组 (2 1.9%± 11.2 % ) ,差异有显著性 (P =0 .0 45 ) ;宣威地区肺癌组hTR检出率为 5 5 .2 % ,与非宣威地区组 (72 .7% )的差异无显著性 (χ2 =1.0 2 ,P =0 .31) ;非宣威地区肺癌组患者癌旁正常支气管上皮和肺泡上皮中未检出hTR ,但在其中部分病例 (4 5 .5 % ,5 / 11)的癌旁增生Ⅱ型肺泡上皮中检出hTR。结论 宣威地区肺癌较特异的病因引起细胞增殖动力学特征异于普通人群肺癌 ;hTR作为肺癌标志物或应用于肺癌早期诊断有一定价值

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of lung cancer in population of Xuanwei with higher incidence and characteristic histologic type. Methods 29 specimens of lung cancer from Xuanwei(Group X) and 11 specimens of lung cancer from other regions(Group NX) were detected for Ki 67 growth fraction and human telomerase RNA(hTR) expression by means of immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization respectively. Results Ki 67 labeling index of Group X(34.4%±17.8%) was statistically significantly higher than that of Group NX(21.9%±11.2%, P =0.045). No significant difference was observed with regard to the positive rate of hTR expression between Group X and Group NX(55.2% vs. 72.7%, P =0.31).However,it was found that there was 45.5%(5/11) of patients with positive detection of hTR in the proliferating Ⅱ type alveolar epithlia adjacent to the cancer in Group NX. Conclusion The characteristic cause of lung cancer in Xuanwei may lead to its difference in cell kinetics from lung cancer of general people.hTR may be a valuable indicator of lung malignancy for early diagnosis of lung cancer.
