【摘要】 目的探讨伴有轻、中度肾功能不全的慢性肾小球肾炎 (chronic glomerulonphritis,CGN)患者 ,是否存在胰岛素抵抗 (IR) ,以及苯那普利对胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法采用口服葡萄糖耐量试验 ,测定 38例 CGN患者和 1 5例正常人空腹及糖负荷后血糖、血胰岛素水平和胰岛素敏感指数 (ISI)。观察 CGN患者服用苯那普利 3个月后 ISI变化。结果 CGN患者 ISI显著低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,服用苯那普利后 CGN患者 ISI显著升高 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 CGN患者存在胰岛素抵抗 ,苯那普利具有改善胰岛素抵抗的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine whether there exists insulin resistance (IR) in chronic glomerulinephritis (CGN) patients with mild to moderate renal insufficiency,and to assess the effect of benazepril on IR.Methods By using oral glucose tolerance test,plasma glucose,insulin levels and insulin sensitivity indexes (ISI) were measured in 38 CGN patients and 15 healthy controls. The changes of ISI in the patients treated with benazephril for three months were observed.Results The value of ISI in the CGN group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).After benazephril treatment,the value of ISI in the CGN patients were increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with CGN there really exists IR and benazephril can improve IR of CGN.更多还原
