轴类零件粗糙度参数模糊设计系统研究
Study of fuzzy design system of shaft roughness
【摘要】 详细阐述基于模糊集设计粗糙度参数系统的两个关键技术 :粗糙度设计因素确定和推理规则设计。文中建立设计因素的隶属度函数、置信矩阵 ,选用欧氏距离作为模式识别原则 ,编写模糊设计软件系统。减速器轴类等零件粗糙度参数设计结果表明系统设计合理、使用可靠。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the fuzzy sets are applied to the designing of roughness parametersof shaft parts. Two key problems of how to determine fuzzy factors and how to express fuzzy logical rules are introduced in detail. Designing matrixes are defined to measure fuzzy of factors. A principle of min-distances is quoted as a fuzzy mode judging strategy. Fuzzy designing software has been developed. Some typical examples prove the design system reliable.
