关于非金属——钢摩擦轮机构设计传动比之实现
On realization of the designing transmission ratios of the nonmetal steel friction wheel mechanisms
【摘要】 由于传统的非金属———钢摩擦轮机构设计完全不计接触区摩擦轮半径的弹性变形 ,因此摩擦轮机构的实际传动比往往偏离设计值。本文运用弹力学理论 ,将接触区摩擦轮半径的弹性变形直接计入摩擦轮机构的实际中心距计算及实际传动比设计 ,从而提出有关传动比设计的“两次逼近法”。研究表明 ,利用该方法设计非金属———钢摩擦轮机构 ,可使其实际传动比达到设计值
【Abstract】 Because the elastic deformations of friction wheel radii at the contact area are completely neglected in the traditional method for designing friction wheel mechanisms,the actual transmission ratios of the nonmetal-steel friction wheel mechanisms designed according to the traditional method often deviate from the requied designing transmission ratios.This article has included the elastic deformations of friction wheel radii at the contact area into the calculation of actual center distances and the design of actual transmission ratios for the nommetal-steel friction wheel mechanisms,and advanced “the twice approach method” about the transmission ratio design for the nonmetal-steel friction wheel mechanisms.It is proved by researches that designing the nonmetal-steel friction wheel mechanisms through the use of the method recommended in this article can make their actual transmission ratios achieve the required designing values.
