三维超声成像的伪像类型及其成因分析
Artifact types in three-dimensional ultrasonography and its formation mechanism
【摘要】 目的 探讨三维超声成像中的一些伪像 ,以及消除这些伪像的一些方法。方法 回顾分析 4年来行三维超声检查患者的三维图像资料 ,对所见的各种伪像进行总结。结果 三维超声的伪像可分为以下类型 :①系统校正不准所致的伪像 ;②运动伪像 ;③阈值伪像 ;④回声失落伪像 ;⑤观察方向伪像 ;⑥帧失落伪像 ;⑦其他与二维及多普勒超声相关的伪像。结论 三维超声同二维超声一样 ,也存在许多伪像 ,常导致三维图像变形或缺损。正确认识这些伪像 ,有助于更好地理解三维图像 ,避免造成误诊
【Abstract】 Objective To distinguish the artifacts in three dimensional ultrasonography (3DUS) and to elucidate its formation mechanism. Methods Data of three dimensional imaging in the past four years were reviewed, and the artifacts were summarized.Results The artifacts in 3DUS could be classified as following: ①Artifacts due to incorrect system calibration; ②Movement artifacts; ③Threshold artifacts; ④Echo drop out artifacts; ⑤Artifacts due to incorrect viewing direction; ⑥Frame drop out artifacts; ⑦Artifacts related to two dimensional sonogram and color Doppler flow imaging.Conclusions Alike two dimensional ultrasonogaphy, 3DUS has many artifacts, which usually cause distortion of the 3DUS images. Recognizing these artifacts will be helpful to comprehend the 3DUS images correctly and to avoid mis diagnosis.
