【摘要】 目的　探讨超声对十二指肠占位病变的诊断价值。方法　经手术、病理确诊的 34例十二指肠占位病变 ,均行超声检查 ;16例行胃镜检查 ,14例行上消化道造影检查 ,8例行CT检查。结果　超声显示率达85 .3 % ( 2 9例 ) ,依声像图表现分为三种类型 :壁厚型 2 1例 ,壁外型 4例 ,腔内结节型 4例。间接声像图表现为 :肝内外胆管扩张 ,上消化道梗阻。胃镜、上消化道造影和CT显示率分别为 6 8.8%、42 .9%、37.5 %。结论　超声对十二指肠占位病变的检出率较X线造影及胃镜高 ,为检查十二指肠占位病变的良好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of duodenum space occupying lesions(DU SOL )with ultrasound.Methods Thirty four cases cofirmed by operation and pathological findings were examined by ultrasound,16 cases of them were examined by endoscopy,14 cases by the upper gestrointestinal barium and 8 cases by CT.Results Visualization rate of lesions with ultrasound was 85.3 % (29 cases).According to sonographic characteristics,three types were defined as folows: wall thickening (21 cases),extramural growth (4 cases) and intracavity node (4 cases).Indirect manifestation were intra and extra hepatic ductal dilation and the upper gestrointestinal obstruction.Visualization rates of endoscopy,the upper gestrointestinal barium studies, and CT were 68.8 %, 42.9 %, 37.5 %,respectively.Conclusions Visualization rate of ultrasound is the highest,it is a effective modality for examining DU SOL.更多还原
