芦苇碱法置换蒸煮纸浆的特性及ECF和TCF漂白

【摘要】 研究了芦苇碱法置换蒸煮纸浆的打浆和强度特性,同时研究了芦苇碱法置换蒸煮浆的无元素氯(ECF)和全无氯(TCF)漂白。结果表明:置换蒸煮苇浆较常规碱法浆更难打浆,但成纸强度较高。芦苇碱法置换蒸煮浆经QOPAPOP和QOPDP漂白程序漂白后,白度分别可达77.0%ISO和85.0%ISO。

【Abstract】 Characteristics of beating and strengths of reed pulps cooked by displacement process were studied.The bleachabilities of these pulps bleached by ECF and TCF processes were also studied. The results showed that these pulps were more difficult to beat and had better strengths than conventional soda reed pulps. With QOpAPoP and QOpDP bleaching sequences, these reed pulps could be bleached to brightness of 77.0%ISO and 85.0%ISO respectively.
