纸浆模塑缓冲结构设计原理的研究

【摘要】 根据纸浆模塑缓冲结构单元的静态压缩曲线研究了纸浆模塑缓冲包装结构设计的原理。纸浆模塑缓冲结构单元的静态压缩曲线分为3个阶段——弹性变形阶段、塑性变形阶段及压溃变形阶段。在实验条件下,纸浆模塑缓冲结构单元发生弹性变形的极限载荷是最大载荷的80%左右。缓冲结构单元为n个的纸浆模塑制品承受的最大载荷是缓冲结构单元为1个的纸浆模塑制品承受最大载荷的n倍以上。以此,进一步探讨了纸浆模塑缓冲结构设计的原理。

【Abstract】 Molded pulp made of 100% recycled paper fiber was used to replace expanded plastics foams as cushioning materials. In this paper,structure design of molded pulp cushioning products was studied. Static compress characteristics of molded pulp cushioning structure unit were evaluated. The results showed that 1 there are three stages in the course of static compress of molded pulp structure unit, i.e., elasticity phase, plasticity phase and collapse phase. 2 the limit load which causes elasticity deformation of the structure unit of molded pulp is about 80% of its maximum load. 3 the maximum load of molded pulp product which contains n structure unit is more than n times higher than that of single structure unit. Therefore, cushioning structure design of molded pulp can be done according to above conclusions.
