漂白废水中氯化木素的电氧化处理
Electrochemical Oxidation Degradation of Chlorinated Lignin in Waste Water of Bleaching
【摘要】 用二氧化铅作阳极,不锈钢网为阴极,通过电氧化法处理多段漂白废水中的氯化木素。研究发现,废水中氯化木素的浓度及电导率均是随时间先增加后减少;而废水的 COD 和色度在整个过程中一直减少;废水的 pH 在电氧化初期不变,在中后期下降。木素的芳香环在电氧化过程中,会发生开环反应。不同的电解电压对电氧化处理效果有不同的影响。
【Abstract】 A kind of lead-dioxide electrode was prepared by plating lead-dioxide on the surface of kryptol.Waste water from chlorine bleaching was disposed by electrochemical oxidation using lead-dioxide anode and stainless steel web cathode.The results showed that the concentration of chlorinated lignin increased firstly and then decreased during electro-oxidation. So did the electrical conductivity. COD and chroma decreased in the whole course. pH value kept the same in the initial stage and then decreased. Aromatic rings of chlorinated lignin could open during the course of electrochemical oxidation,electrolytic voltage of 4.1 V was suitable for electrochemical oxidation treatment.
