【摘要】 目的 :比较不同采集时间、地点 ,不同品种及生品、炮制品天南星中总黄酮的含量。方法 :紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。结果 :总黄酮含量为采集时间 7月下旬 >7月初 >8月 >9月 ;采集地点北京 >陕西 >四川>安徽 ;天南星 >异叶南星 >朝鲜南星 >东北南星 ;生品 >炮制品。结论 :7月下旬为最佳采集时间 ,建议以北京、陕西产为道地药材 ,天南星和异叶南星质量较好 ,炮制工艺应作进一步研究。更多还原
