【摘要】 目的：观察芬太尼透皮贴剂（多瑞吉）对晚期癌症伴中、重度疼痛患者的镇痛效果及不良反应。方法：对204例患者给予芬太尼透皮贴镇痛治疗q72h一贴。初始剂量25～50μg／h，最大为150μg／h。用芬太尼透皮贴前暂停使用其它阿片类药物。随镇痛情况调整用药量。结果：总的镇痛缓解率为83．82％。对中、重度疼痛的缓解率分别为86．43％及78．13％。患者满意度高，副作用少且较轻微。结论：芬太尼透皮贴可有效控制癌性疼痛，副作用少，值得大力推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of transdermal fentanyl in treatment of severe cancer pain． Methods Two hundred and four patients were treated with one transdermal fentanyl／72h． The initial dose was 25～50ug／h and the maximal dose being 150ug／h． The patients were suspended from other opium kind drugs in the treatment.and the dosage was regulated by analgesic effects． Results The total remission rate of pain was83．82％ and those for median and severe pain were 86．43％ and 78．13％ respectively． It had few and slight side－effects.and it could be used very safely for relieving cancer pain． Conclusion Transdermal fentanyl is effective in relieving cancer pain with slight side－effects and can be populized clinically．更多还原
