【摘要】 目的：为提高中晚期肺癌的治疗效果。方法：采用支气管动脉灌注化疗合并放疗治疗25例中晚期肺癌患者，同时以单纯灌注和单纯放疗作为对照，比较近期疗效和生存率。结果：经统计学检验，近期完全缓解灌注加放疗组分别与其它两种治疗方法比较均存在显著性差异（P＜0．05）。此外，1和2年生存率也明显高于单纯放疗组及单纯灌注组（P＜0．05）。结论：支气管动脉灌注化疗加放疗对治疗中晚期肺癌是较为有效的综合治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To improve the curative effects of middle－late stage lung cancer． Methods: Twenty－five cases of middle－late lung cancer were treated by bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy plus irradiation． Meanwhile, subjects treated with single chemotherapy or radiotherapy alone were separately selected as the control group． Results: The short－term response rate of the treatment group was statisticly better than those of the both control groups．(P＜0．05)． The 1－, 2－year survival rates of the treated group were also higher than those of the control groups (P＜0．05)． Conclusion: Bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy plus external irradiation is more effective for treating middle－late lung cancer．更多还原
