【摘要】 目的：探讨榄香烯乳对表浅性膀胱癌的治疗及预防术后复发的疗效。方法：采用抗肿瘤新药榄香烯乳于术后第10天经导尿管注入该药300mg加2％利多卡因10ml作膀胱灌注，每周1次，共6次。继后每月1次，直至1年。结果：23例中治愈1例，22例术后预防灌注，随访6～27个月，复发1例，占4．5％。结论：榄香烯乳对表浅性膀胱癌治疗和预防术后复发有良好的作用，无不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of Elemene in treatment and prevention of recurrence of postoperative superficial bladder cancer． Methods 300mg Elenene and 10ml 2％ lidocain were infused into bladder through a catheter on the 10th postoperative day initially and repeated it once／week for 6 times and then followed with once／month up to one year as a therapeutic course． Reuslts In the overall of 23 cases One case healed． After follow up 6 to 27 months 22 cases who received a preventive intravesical infusion of Elemene showed that there was only one recurrence 4．5％． Conclusion It showed that Elemene intravesical infusion after operation is effective in prevention of recurrence of superficial bladder cancer．更多还原
